THIS SATURDAY NIGHT AT DAVE WOOGE'S BURLINGTON OPRY
Howdy folks.  This Saturday night at the Burlington opry is a big opry show.  We have 4 different guests, including from Vassar Lorena Prater.  Lorena will entertain you a lot if you’ve never seen her.  We also have fiddle player Thomas McGreggor playing with the Music Box band this show.  Thomas adds a bit of life to the stage.  We have from Lawrence, Mr. Louis Bia. Louis sings a lot of the great old country  songs that you don’t hear very often.  Last but not least, we have the bluegrass group from fort scott, Osage Prairie Revue.  Last time they were here I accidentally called them Steve Angermeier’s bluegrass group.

Our show schedule is as follows through the end of the year.  We will have a show Saturday October 3rd, then another on November 7th, and then one on Dec. 5th.  Our last show of the year will be Dec. 19th, which will be our Christmas show.

On a different note, I will be having foot surgery following the November show on my right foot.  They are going to rebuild my ankle from the arch to the lower leg bone.  I will be at each of the shows, but will be on crutches for both December show.  I will be off work for about 6 months.

Hope to see you this Saturday night when the curtain opens.

Dave
