NOTICE FROM DAVE WOOGE - BURLINGTON (KS) OPRY
Howdy folks.  Hope your fall is going well.  I have been very ready for the change in weather this year.

This week at the Burlington Opry we have our 50s and 60s show.  We’ll be presenting you with some of our best 50s and 60s rock n roll numbers.  Our guests include Lorena Prater from Vasaar, who is well known for her costumes and general antics in general.  We also have, Ronda Kemble from Osage City, who used to be back-up singer at another opry, and Chuck Hammersmith from Lansing, whom is David Hammersmith’s brother.  Everybody has a mess of new oldies to perform, and it looks to be a great show.

Incidentally, keep Jody in your prayers.  He cut the end off of his left hand middle finger last week and will not be with us through recovery.  We will miss him.

Hope to see you when the curtain opens.

BURLINGTON OPRY'S "SIMILAR TO HEE HAW" SHOW THIS WEEKEND!
Howdy folks!  This Saturday night is our Haw Hee show, tribute to Cornfield county.  We are doing a “similar to Hee haw” show, with comedy and songs off of the hit series.  Among the songs from the band, we will be having Jim Fry as a guest, and Casey Jordan as a guest.  Some of the likenesses will be of Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Tammy Wynnette, and others.  Hope to see you when the curtain opens.
